Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior DTP/EDP Associate who is fluent in English + Oriya or Tamil , to help us develop, review, and manage regional content (test papers, practice sheets, result dashboards, etc.) for our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train DTP/EDP junior team members

Create, manage & quality-check:

• Tests, Assignments, DPPs, Practice Sheets (English + Oriya/Tamil)

• PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs)

Ensure accuracy in Result Processing:

• Result Sheets, OMRs, Error Logs, Dashboard Updates

Oversee Printing Tasks:

• Test Papers, Attendance Sheets, Assignments, etc.

Typing in both English and Oriya/Tamil as per need

Required Skills & Tools:

• Core DTP Software:
• CorelDRAW (basic level)
• MathType
• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English + Oriya or English + Tamil typing (speed & accuracy)
• Analytical & Technical:
• Google Sheets and document collaboration tools
• Basic understanding of formatting standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification : Graduate (any stream) or completed any computer course related to DTP
• Experience : 2+ years preferred in academic publishing, DTP, or EdTech
• CGPA/Marks : No bar

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with PageMaker or other layout tools

As a DTP Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our digital content.

It is preferable to be able to read and write in Arabic language.

Job Discription:

• Good skills in right to left language DTP on Adobe InDesign, Ms-Word and PPT and other DTP softwares.
• Ability to understand Arabic language will be preferable.
• Experience in right to left formatting work in asian bi-di languages like Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew etc.
• Expertise in Communication: The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Effective communication is crucial for conveying messages clearly, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Communication skill rating should be 4 or 4+ out of 5: The job description specifies that the candidate should have a rating of 4 or 4+ in both in English written and verbal communication. This role may involve managing and leading multiple communication projects simultaneously. This requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Candidates Experience:

Responsibilities:

RTL DTP Formatting: Accurately format documents containing right-to-left languages using desktop publishing (DTP) software.

Quality Assurance: Carefully review and edit DTP output to correct errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues, ensuring proper right-to-left text flow.

Image Pre-processing: Prepare images for DTP by enhancing their quality, removing noise, and correcting distortions, paying special attention to elements that might affect right-to-left text layout.

Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of formatted text against original documents, ensuring proper rendering of right-to-left scripts.

File Conversion: Convert documents into various digital formats, such as PDF, Word, or InDesign files, as needed, maintaining right-to-left formatting.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot DTP errors related to right-to-left languages and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest DTP technologies and best practices for right-to-left language support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RTL DTP processing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in using industry standard DTP software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator) with strong right-to-left language support.
• Strong knowledge of document formats and conversion techniques, especially concerning right-to-left scripts.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Act as a domain expert for news publishing clients, advising on data-driven strategies across editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience analytics.

• Lead delivery of AI/ML projects including Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of up to 25 members across onshore and offshore locations.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define KPIs, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.

• Drive innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance.

• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for media analytics engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Data Science, Media Technology, or related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in analytics delivery, with proven work in news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLMbased applications.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
