Experience: 8+ years

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in a related role with experience in enterprise collaboration and communication platforms.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level environments for Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, email infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to understand and resolve technical problems independently.
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Ability to manage a variety of tasks that are routine in nature, while keeping work flowing in an orderly manner.
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Ability to express thoughts logically, in English, in both written and verbal form.

  • 10+ years of experience in the role of managing and implementing of high-end software products.
  • Expertise in Java/ J2EE or EDW/SQL OR Hadoop/Hive/Spark and preferably hands-on.
  • Good knowledge* of any of the Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) – Must Have
  • Managed/ delivered and implemented complex projects dealing with considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity
  • Experience in handling migration projects – Good to Have

Roles & Responsibilities



  • Associate Technical program managers (TPMs) are in charge of handling all aspects of technical projects.
  • This is a multi-dimensional and multi-functional role. You will need to be comfortable reporting program status to executives, as well as diving deep into technical discussions with internal engineering teams and external partners.
  • You should collaborate with, and leverage, colleagues in business development, product management, analytics, marketing, engineering, and partner organizations.
  • You have to manage multiple projects and ensures all releases on time.
  • You are responsible for manage and deliver the technical solution to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction.
  • The technology program manager delivers the technical solution to support an organization’s vision and strategic direction.
  • You should be capable to working with a different type of customer and should possess good customer handling skills.
  • Experience in working in ODC model and capable of presenting the Technical Design and Architecture to Senior Technical stakeholders.
  • Should have experience in defining the project and delivery plan for each assignment
  • Capable of doing resource allocations as per the requirements for each assignment

Shift Timings: Supporting till at least 11 PM IST is required

Exp-7-15 Years


  • Lead a team of BAs, developers, and QA resources to deliver projects in a hybrid agile environment for a US based client’s major transformation initiative.
  • Ensure team stays on track for deliverables. Address issues proactively and keep leadership abreast of progress. Guide team in issue resolution. Work with stakeholders in identifying and removing any roadblocks impeding execution
  • Work with the teams to ensure documentation for design, test plan etc. are maintained. Maintain Wiki knowledge base with information that helps the team in improving productivity – such as troubleshooting for known issues.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation in conjunction with the Program manager to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Provide weekly status, and ensure teams are updating their timesheets.
  • Coach and mentor teams for delivery excellence.

What you bring to the position


  • A strong technical background, with understanding or past hands-on experience in Node/React/Dotnet technologies, agile system development, dev ops and SRE.
  • Able to lead and guide technical documentation and discussions with stakeholders.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Past experience as a development manager, and certifications in agile, dev ops highly desirable.
