Mandatory Business Domain Expertise
Trade Finance (LC , BG , Exports , Imports , Bills etc )
Roles and Key Responsibilities and Skill requirement:
- Hands on development experience in JAVA , Spring Boot applcaitions in Cloud environement.
- Worked as a Technical Project Manager for java microservice proejcts.
- Work expereince as Java Developer and Java Team lead
- Plan and implement projects help define project scope goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and assign to required resources collaborate with internal teams to design develop and implement changes
- Responsible for Attrition margins timelines create schedule and project timeline Track the project successfully till closure
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met Monitor and report on project progress to higher management and client(s)
- Hands On experience in developing and delivering Java Spring Boot Microservice applications.
- Good technical knowledge in Product Development using Microservices Cloud Spring Boot and ReactJS .
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) with hands-on experience in cloud services.
- Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines independently.
- Skilled in monolithic to microservices migration strategies.
- Capable of handling high data volumes and designing analytics dashboards using analytical databases.
- Proven Technical background with Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM I)
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques : User Stories ATDD BDD TDD Continuous Integration
- Continuous Testing Pairing Automated Testing Agile Games.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience
- 10+ Years of total experience with 4+ years of relevant Technical PM and Scrum experience in software projects.
- Experience working with International and domestic Clients
- Managed a team of 20 or above
- Experience in managing Microservice application in Java Platform.
- B Tech / BE / MCA preferred
- Sound knowledge in Project Financials
- Aware of Projects metrics & utilization
- Managing Production deployments and Issues
- CSM / Agile experience would be added advantage
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and tools
- Experience in strategic planning risk management and change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools including MS Projects Jira etc

**Technical Project Manager**

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for leading and implementing cross-functional information technology related programs and projects in areas such as collaboration, messaging, desktop software, device engineering, and conferencing.
The Project Manager works closely across IS (Information Systems) teams to lead and deliver program and project management services through all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), which include - initiation, planning, development, execution, control and rollout. They are responsible for successful delivery, cost management, resource management, and risk management to drive business outcomes that provide exceptional value to users. The Project Manager is expected to use good judgement and experience in blending traditional project management principles with an Agile development approach for these complex, important projects.

Functional Skills:

+ Demonstrated track record of success in multiple complex projects and/or programs as well as management / mentoring of Project Managers.
+ Strong program/project management skills within a diverse toolset of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps etc.) including risk mitigation strategies.
+ Have solid intuition for business - ability to handle multiple priorities and to build a strong network and relationships up to the executive levels across IT functions and the business.
+ Possess strong learning agility and technical leadership - ability to break down complex topics/issues into actionable plans for team execution.
