- Handle end-to-end US recruitment , focusing 60% on non-IT roles (healthcare, logistics, customer service, etc.) and 40% on IT/tech roles. li>Collaborate with the US onshore team to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations. < i>Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations in alignment with US time zones and hiring practices.
- Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with the Pune-based team to support local hiring needs as required. < i>Ensure compliance with US employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in US recruitment with a strong track record in non-IT hiring (60%) and IT/tech hiring (40%) .
