About Project Puthri
Project Puthri, an initiative of Avtar Human Capital Trust, is Indias pioneering program dedicated to creating career intentionality among underprivileged girl students. The initiative focuses on enabling young women to make informed career choices, enhance employability, and become financially independent contributors to society.
We are seeking Career Coaches who will play a critical role in guiding and mentoring our Puthri Scholars in their professional and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with girl students from Government schools (10th and 12th standard).
- Facilitate PCCA and RIASEC psychometric assessments to help students identify their strengths, interests, and areas for development.
- Guide students in understanding assessment results and support them in aligning their academic and career choices accordingly.
- Provide mentoring and career counselling to help students overcome challenges and build self-confidence.
- Support in the development of essential career tools such as resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation.
- Enable students to make informed career decisions through structured counselling and continuous encouragement.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2-6 years of work experience in career counselling, HR, coaching, training, education, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for mentorship, youth development, and social impact.
- Prior experience in counselling or coaching will be considered an advantage.
