**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and process efficiency.
+ Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights that support decision-making processes.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
+ Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Support the development and maintenance of process documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
+ Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
+ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
+ Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
+ Possess a basic understanding of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is advantageous.

+ Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
