Job Summary**
The National Sales Manager for ADx-India/South Asia will be responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy and execution for OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED's advanced diagnostics (ADx) portfolio across India and the South Asia region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the diagnostic sector.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for ADx products in India and South Asia.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including setting performance objectives, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and training.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED's presence and market share.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings effectively.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and major healthcare institutions.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior management.
* Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biotechnology, Engineering, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology) or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
* Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry, with at least 5 years in a national or regional sales management role.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, competitive markets.
* In-depth knowledge of the advanced diagnostics market, including molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, and clinical laboratory operations.
* Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and purchasing processes in India and South Asia.
* Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
* Ability to travel extensively within India and South Asia as required.

**Job Overview**
The Planning & Customer Analyst plays a key role in ensuring effective execution of order management process while supporting critical customer data integration activities. The role is responsible for executing and monitoring SAP‑based processes to comply with requirements aimed at minimizing tariff impact for BD BioPharma Systems.
In parallel, the position supports accurate customer data management and smooth Order‑to‑Invoice execution across regions for critical BioPharma customers. This role contributes directly to operational compliance, execution discipline, revenue realization, and enhanced customer experience through reliable and timely operational support.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Order‑to‑Invoice Contributor**
+ Review and understand customer specification requirements, including portal access, training needs, and required datasets.
+ Structure and maintain key datasets related to the order‑to‑invoice process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
+ Perform and validate manual data entry in customer CRM tools with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
+ Act as an order‑to‑invoice facilitator across EU-NA regions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
**2. Report Automation & Delivery**
+ Generate and publish standard reports on daily/weekly/monthly frequency
+ Automation of manual excel reports.
**3. SAP Order Management**
+ Execute the on‑time order adjustment in SAP ECC from DC Source to DC Target in line with business requirements.
+ Define and implement appropriate processes and tools to monitor order execution and ensure compliance with defined requirements.
+ Maintain key records of invoices, payments, shipping documents for audit readiness
**Profile and Skills**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
+ Supply Chain Management knowledge (Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, or equivalent)
**Experience**
+ 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Sales roles within an international environment
+ Experience working in a global industrial and matrix organization

The position of Area Sales Manager has been created to support our sales team in driving business growth for the region. The role will be responsible for creating new opportunities and maximizing revenue potential within the assigned territory through effective relationship management and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple levels of the healthcare ecosystem.
