The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, managing installation teams, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across residential, commercial, or utility-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the on-site solar installation team.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with design plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Monitor site progress and provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow.
- Manage and track usage of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with technical staff.

- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and inspectors as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in solar PV installation or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of solar power systems (rooftop and/or ground-mounted).
- Familiarity with national electrical codes, local building regulations, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Certifications such as NABCEP (preferred) or equivalent are an added advantage.
