Job description – Responsibilities
o Responsible for onboarding applications
o Should interact with the application owners, understand their system and explain the integration process/purpose and goals
o Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application
o Co-ordinate, test and validate any custom development required by the app team to perform the integration

- Developed or worked with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates.
- Created custom reports to serve both specific and general purposes.
- Created rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
- Worked on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event and Manger Transfer event.

Overview
We need a Microsoft Power Apps freelancer to build basic, data-entry (data-feeding) apps with 3–4 screens each—starting from Login and ending at Data Saved Successfully .
- Login & Auth: Use Office 365 (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD) SSO —login ID and password are the user’s existing O365 credentials.
- Data Storage (current): SharePoint lists . We’re open to your recommendation (e.g., Data verse/SQL) if it’s a better fit—please justify.
- Reporting: Integrate captured data with a dashboard (Power BI preferred) for clean visualization.
Scope (per app)
- Login (O365 SSO)
- Data Entry (1–2 simple forms with validation & helpful hints)
- Review & Submit (preview, edit, confirm)
- Success/Status (Submission ID/confirmation)
Deliverables
- Quick wireframes + brief solution note (data model & storage choice)
- Power Apps (Canvas) packaged in a solution, ready to deploy
- Configured data source (SharePoint/Dataverse/SQL) with schema
- Dashboard (Power BI or your proposed tool) with essential KPIs/filters
- Security model (permissions; RLS if Power BI)

Requirements (practical & flexible)
- Hands-on experience building Power Apps and connecting to SharePoint/Dataverse/SQL (no strict “2+ years” requirement)
- Ability to show previous, similar work (apps + dashboards)
- Working knowledge of Power BI (or equivalent BI) for modeling & visuals
- Understanding of environments, solutions, and basic ALM in Power Platform
- Clear communication and concise documentation
Non-Functional Expectations
- Usability: Simple, guided forms; keyboard & touch friendly
- Performance: Snappy screen loads; delegable queries where applicable
- Security: Least-privilege access; use O365 SSO; no hard-coded secrets
