What you will do:
+ Data Collection : Gathering data from various sources. ClickSense, Oracle,/SAP, SFDC, Veeva, Power Bi, Accolade, ACMS, Praos/PriceFX, mekko graphic
+ Data Cleaning : Ensuring the data is accurate and free from errors. Price Correction: Regularly reviewing and correcting any pricing errors in your system to ensure accuracy, Check prices are consistent.
+ Data Analysis : Using statistical tools and techniques to interpret data sets. Prepare data for Product Management to enable him to make management conclusions Sourcing and categorizing customer data and insights
+ Reporting : Creating visualizations and reports to present findings. DBS formats (DBS bowler, PSP A3 sheets) Portfolio reports, Funnel reports, Revenue Reports, Margin Reports, Market segmentation report
+ Insights and Recommendations : Providing actionable insights to help guide business decisions.
+ Data processing : Part number request work, Order quantity setting, Support
Who you are:
+ Bachelor's Degree: Statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
+ Data Visualization Tools: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms (ClickSense, Oracle,/SAP, SFDC, Veeva, Power Bi, Accolade, ACMS, Praos/PriceFX, mekko graphic).
+ Statistical Analysis: Understanding of statistical methods and tools.
+ Database Management: Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing.
+ Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Experience managing data projects and working with cross-functional teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
+ Professional Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or similar can be beneficial.

Overview:**
Tradeweb is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Risk Data Analytics & Reporting, to strengthen the firm's risk reporting and analytics capabilities. The primary focus of this role is on data analysis, dashboard development, and visualization to deliver actionable insights for the Risk organization and senior management. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, design and deliver dashboards in Tableau (or equivalent), and drive automation and data quality improvements across risk reporting processes. This role will also contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team. In addition, the position will provide support for Archer administration to help maintain operation of the firm's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and data quality. This is a full-time India-based position with global team engagement and cross-functional exposure.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and risk reporting requirements; define specifications and key metrics for dashboards.
+ Design and deliver dashboards using Tableau or equivalent tools to provide visibility into risk metrics, operational KPIs, and control health.
+ Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights supporting operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
+ Support scoping documentation, use case development, and timeline planning for data-driven risk initiatives.
+ Develop automated reporting processes to deliver timely and accurate insights to stakeholders.
+ Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity across reporting datasets.
+ Deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports, presentations, and visualizations for internal forums and senior management, highlighting actionable insights.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including Risk and Technology teams to optimize data sources and enhance data integration for risk reporting.
+ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for reporting processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and knowledge sharing across the team.
+ Support Archer administration by assisting with user access setup, issue triage, and workflow updates.
+ Help maintain data integrity in Archer by performing routine validations and generating extracts for reporting needs.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related discipline.
+ 7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or risk technology, with demonstrated success in delivering dashboards and reporting solutions.
+ Proficiency with Tableau or equivalent visualization tools required, including building and maintaining dashboards to support operational and management-level reporting.
+ Strong data analysis skills, including data validation, cleansing, and manipulation.
+ Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions and communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (e.g., RCSA, issue lifecycle, incident tracking) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with Archer or other GRC platforms is a plus.
+ Experience with other visualization or risk tooling (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow, Confluence) is beneficial.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop clear SOPs, process documentation, and governance materials to support data and reporting workflows.
+ Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a globally distributed team environment.
+ High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and reporting integrity.
