Key Responsibilities- RPA Solution Design & Development:
- Identify and analyze business processes suitable for automation using Automation Anywhere .

- Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) .
- Implement exception handling, error logging, and recovery mechanisms within RPA solutions.
- Bot Management & Optimization:
- Configure and manage Control Room operations , including scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.
- Perform performance tuning of bots and optimize existing automations for efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during bot execution or development.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate automated solutions.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and compliant RPA deployments.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots.
- Train business users on new automated processes and bot functionalities.
- Best Practices & Governance:
- Adhere to RPA development best practices , coding standards, and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA capabilities and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with significant hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere .
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and process automation concepts.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing bots for various applications (web, desktop, legacy systems).
- Experience with Control Room administration and bot deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Developer (AD01) or similar certifications.
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript) or programming languages (e.g., C#, Java) for advanced automation.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
