**Key Responsibilities**
+ Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.
+ Design, develop and maintain business data pipeline in Applied cloud environment (Azure) to ensure streamlined query scripting and performance

**Job Summary**
The PS Performance Global Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing the strategic process workload for the daily support of forecasting, business analytics and GTM strategy to support the NetApp Professional Services organization. - Overseeing data integrity and flawless execution of transactional operations delivered by the Business Operations team to support Revenue Delivery while developing process metrics to define success criteria to measure success against improvement targets.
- Implement PS requirements and effectiveness through support of corporate programs around CRM rollout, ERP design/rollout, EAM and CPQ optimization while identifying key areas for transformation and leading initiatives to consume new digital technologies, processes, and systems.
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent job experience
- 8-10 years' experience with 3 - 5 years of previous management experience, leading a distributed team is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the virtual management of a cross-functional team
- Experience in working in a Professional Services organization.
- Experience in working with teams in the development of delivery strategies
- Strong process management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-driven with a goal for the team to succeed.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels of the organization
