We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and experienced Creative Designer to join the Branding & Communications team.You’ll help shape the creative direction of our global brand and drive design excellence across digital and print campaigns. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling visual stories, building brand consistency, and leading creative execution across borders, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of high-impact digital campaigns (ads, mailers, landing pages, social creatives), brochures, and brand assets that drive results
- Translate marketing and student recruitment briefs into visually powerful and strategically aligned creatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across our campuses in Mumbai, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, and London
- Present creative ideas and solutions with confidence to senior management and stakeholders
- Bring a proactive, idea-first mindset to every project and champion design thinking across the organisation
Qualifications & requirements:
- 6–8 years of professional experience in creative design roles (agency or in-house)
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create effective, eye-catching designs across digital and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other digital design tools
- A keen understanding of marketing, branding, and user-focused design
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
