Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor located in Noida. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating various designs such as logos, flyers, and social media posts for Fundabox. In addition, the Graphic Designer & Video Editor will also be responsible for video editing, producing creative visual content and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of video editing, special effects, animation and compositing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to produce creative ideas and content
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in designing educational content is a plus

Collaborate with marketing team and writers to ideate and personally create distinctive collateral materials such as brochures, print ads, other print collateral, social media ads (Meta, , Google), organic creatives, emailers, landing pages, short videos, and media banners, among others.Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying partner schools’ brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original, innovative ideas.Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables. Proactively develop and refine processes to enhance creative production and reduce turnaround times.Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet the quality standards and partner school guidelines.
