The CRM Data Quality and Analytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data within the CRM platform. Job Accountabilities
User data audit and management

  • Conduct an audit on the CRM user data and identify anomalies, incomplete and outdated data.

  • Drive cost optimization through user data management.

Qualifications

Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data integration from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Maintain and improve existing BI reports and dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Perform data modeling, create logical and physical data models for reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of BI systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, report performance, and user access.

Must Have Skills _ Power BI, Tableau , SQL Data Visualization

Good to have skills-

  • Experience with Customer Experience teams
  • Background in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
  • Understanding of Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning.
