Job Description
The CRM Data Quality and Analytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data within the CRM platform. This role combines expertise in data quality management and analytics to improve data-driven decision-making and optimize customer relationship strategies. By maintaining high-quality data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights, this role supports business teams in delivering personalized and effective customer experiences. The specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of the CRM system, ensuring it serves as a valuable tool for marketing, sales, and customer support functions.

Job Accountabilities
User data audit and management

• Conduct an audit on the CRM user data and identify anomalies, incomplete and outdated data.
• Work with regions to keep the user accounts updated with all relevant information.
• Work with Infra team to enforce best practices in user creation and management.
• Drive cost optimization through user data management.

Accounts: Data audit and assessment

• Identify duplicate, incomplete, and outdated data.

Data cleanup

• Clean up incomplete and outdated data.

Account: Establish data governance

• Define data quality standards and protocols.

Enforce data standards.

• Educate users through training of the global KPI´s (User Trainings to be done by Superusers)
• Enforce data standards through product features (validation/ integrations with product masters).
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce the need for manual data entry.

Leads data management.

• Audit, clean up and management (same steps at above)

Opportunities data management

• Audit, clean up and management (same steps at above)

Identify and eliminate data leakages.

• Re-evaluate all integrations (Customer platform, quotes module, marketing) and identify all data leakages.
• Drive product roadmap on fixing integration leakages.

• responsible for maintaining high data quality, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging analytics to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Training or certification in Data Management, Data Governance, or Business Intelligence tools is desirable.

Skills

• CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, including user management, data structures, and reporting features.
• Data Quality & Governance: Experience in data auditing, cleansing, validation, and governance best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data trends, identify inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights.
• Automation & Integration: Understanding of automation tools, CRM integrations, and reducing manual data entry through system enhancements.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data leakages and implement corrective actions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Excel for data analysis.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM data management, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in auditing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets within CRM systems.
• Experience working with cross-regional teams to implement data governance policies.
• Exposure to CRM system enhancements, including integrations and automation to improve data efficiency.
• Prior experience in a sales, or customer support environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret GC-MS data (primarily EI) for identification of unknowns using spectral deconvolution and comparison to library databases for chemical characterization studies.
• Evaluate spectral quality, match scores, and fragmentation patterns using a weight-of-evidence approach, including critical assessment of database matches.
• Apply knowledge of retention indices and chromatographic behavior to confirm compound identity.
• Collaborate with technical analysts, chemists, and project managers to communicate findings, resolve discrepancies, and meet client expectations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (e.G., ISO 10993, ISO 17025, GLP).
• Document findings in established systems, supporting traceability and reporting.
• Contribute to method development and optimization by providing feedback on spectral data trends and anomalies.
• Support improvement of SOPs, templates, and data analysis workflows.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential prep or instrument-related issues affecting data integrity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and inter-laboratory collaborations.
