Profile Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in dynamic environments. You will have the opportunity to build and execute digital marketing strategies from scratch, collaborate across departments, and directly impact brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, content, social, email, and paid) to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small digital marketing team, ensuring collaboration and skill development.
- Plan and oversee SEO strategies: keyword research, backlink building, competitor audits, and on-page optimization.
- Manage content and inbound marketing initiatives across blogs, social media, and forums.
- Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B lead generation.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with tech, design, and sales teams for cross-functional marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ability to lead and scale marketing initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console.
- Experience with ABM (highly preferred) in a B2B SaaS/product environment.
