We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Analyst to join our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) migration team in a truly global environment. You will manage and support D365 applications and support business teams in D365 adoption, configuration and workflows, as well as product testing and validation. Key Accountabilities
- Provide post-implementation support to end users, both onsite and offshore
- Handle incoming support issues via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessary
- Participate in and manage customer support-focused projects
- Proactively address daily operational concerns
- Develop further expertise in using D365, effectively educating D365 users
- Develop knowledge of commodity trading business processes, specifically coffee
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with users
- Document user inquiries, reported problems, and provide feedback and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss user issues, share resolutions, and best practices
- Stay updated on relevant technologies
- Participate in functional testing and validation during D365 migration projects
- Contribute to special projects and testing systems as required
Skills and Experience
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) into Trade, Logistics and Production functions , with relevant certifications
- Strong skills in other D365 functional areas
- Understanding of D365 technical components (SQL, AOS, SharePoint)
- Experience in multiple D365 ERP implementation and support projects
- Knowledge of best practices, master data management, and security in D365
- Basic finance knowledge (GL, AR, AP)
- Graduate in a relevant discipline
- Familiarity with web, thin client, thick client, and cloud architecture
- Experience in physical commodities is a plus
- Good work ethics, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and provide clear guidance remotely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous software or application support experience is preferred

The Ariba Functional Analyst will contribute to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of SAP Ariba solutions in procurement function. This role will be working in partnership with technical resources on the Ariba and SAP teams, responsible for development, unit testing and documentation of enhancements and day-to-day support activities and new implementation projects within the SAP Ariba Technology.
