**Configuration & Operational Reporting Responsibilities**

**Team Overview**
The Compensation Operations team is responsible for transforming Compensation Strategy into data, process and technology to drive impact for our teammates across BlackRock.
We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Architect to join our Compensation analytics team to provide strategic insight and optimize core compensation processes to enable leaders to make data-driven decisions.

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ A Bachelor/master's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience building and delivering impactful HR Data, Reporting and Dashboard solutions.
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience using PowerBI or a similar visualization tool such as Tableau.
+ Solid data visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions.
+ Ability to manage work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.

**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and data requirements to architect robust solutions that meet their objectives and specific outcomes.
+ Work with end-user groups to define project KPIs and metrics. Collaborate with engineering teams, functional teams and other teams to design, build, deploy and support solutions using Google's internal technology.
+ Partner with internal business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements.

+ Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Contingent Workers system related issues.
+ Provide End to end support of Workday Contingent Worker L2 level tickets.
+ Act as liaison between Supply Chain Group, Identity Management and other Functional COE, & Third-Party vendors to understand business challenges as well as work closely in gathering business requirements and providing support to getting new functionalities implemented in Workday.

+ Work with Functional COEs to organize and facilitate system related issues such as EIB loads & Security Assignments.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Workday certifications in Core HCM.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operational Specialist for an entry-level position (0–1 year of relevant experience). Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, accounting software, and productivity tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience or interest in social media management, marketing, or brand support
