Job Location: HeadField Solutions, Noida Sector -57 office.
5 days onsite: US timings night shift
Role Overview:
• Provide end-to-end management and processing of US immigration cases, including
Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas.
• Draft and review immigration petitions, forms, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and team members for smooth case progression.
• Stay updated with immigration law updates and USCIS guidelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle case filings across various visa types, including:
o Non-Immigrant Visas (H-1B, H-4, L-1, L-2, O-1, E-2, TN, etc.).
o Immigrant Visas (AOS, EB-1, Family-based I-130, PERM, etc.).
2. Draft legal documents such as support letters, cover letters, and memoranda.
3. Perform detailed reviews of immigration forms (I-129, I-765, I-131, I-360, I-601, etc.).
4. Provide support for asylum (I-589) and naturalization (N-400) applications.
5. Manage document organization using platforms like Docketwise, Dropbox, and INS
Zoom.
6. Ensure compliance with immigration policies and provide timely updates to clients.
7. Train and guide junior team members in case processing and compliance protocols.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (B.A. LL.B preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in US immigration law, with a strong focus on employment and
family-based visas.
• Proficiency in immigration tools like Docketwise, INS Zoom, and LCA FLAG system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume cases
efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in handling petitions like EB-1, O-1, and I-360 VAWA.
• Familiarity with advanced immigration forms and filings, such as SIJS, U Visa, and
EOIR motions.
• Experience in managing CAP season petitions and team leadership.
