Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end digital growth strategy across paid channels: Meta, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, Affiliate, and Marketplace Ads
- Define and deliver on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue targets Scale paid media budgets effectively with channel-wise attribution and funnel understanding
- Partner with creative, product, and tech teams to optimize landing pages, product listings, and ad creatives.
