Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing social media video ads creatively for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will design and oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design to ensure your juniors are trained in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
• Ideate and execute graphic and video ads on daily basis as per requirement
• Create weekly research and ideation reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of video ad design experience
• Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong typography skills
• Strong Composition skills
• Understands brand guidelines
• Understanding of social media advertisement
• Can produce at least 2 facebook video ads per day

2. Working days: Monday to Friday
3. Working Time: 10:30 am to 06:30 pm
4. Experience Required: 2+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team at Sky2C Freight Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished videos that align with our brand and storytelling objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in modern editing software, and has a strong portfolio demonstrating their post-production skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
• Add sound effects, music, graphics, transitions, and color grading to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual style across all video content.
• Manage and organize media assets and project files.
• Adapt existing footage into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new editing techniques.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a video editor.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery specs.
• Knowledge of sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of UGC & CGI will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or production environment.
• Knowledge of animation or 2D motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with color correction and audio post-production.
• A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required).
