Job Responsibilities:

- Liaise with key company Managers to determine their products and service’s needs.
- Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company Goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
- Identifies and researches potential new suppliers.
- Research for new products and services to meet the company's goals.
- Assesses total costs of company purchases.
- Follow API requirements while procuring any Item for the company.
- Train Procurement executives wherever needed.
- Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
- Oversees a team of Procurement Executives.
- Reports to the Manager.
- Perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior or Management.

**#JobRequirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in purchasing; comprehensive knowledge in strategic procurement.
- Has overall procurement experience/knowledge (eg, sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, designing & enhancing procurement related SOP etc).
- Committed to work and completed tasks within the deadline given.
- High efficiency, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.

Key Qualifications

  • Partner with sales teams to align category initiatives with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and distribution efficiency.
  • Monitor category performance metrics, including sales, profitability, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Manage the entire supply chain & QC.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, category management, merchandising, or a related role, from the Corporate Gifting industry only.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in category management tools and software 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of consumer behaviour, market trends & dynamics.
