We are seeking an experienced Technical Incident Manager to join our team in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the incident management process, transforming the traditional NOC to SRE based team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and minimizing impact on business operations. Release Engineer Required Skills

Proven experience as a Release Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes.

Experience with release automation tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, YAML or Shell.

Knowledge of software build and configuration management tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly analyze and resolve release-related issues.

  • About the role

    You’ll be working as an Senior Release Engineer on our team responsible for executing, monitoring and validating Arctic Wolf’s endpoint software deployments.

    Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute software releases across customer environments and geographies

  • Develop and maintain automated release deployment and rollback strategies

  • Collaborate with software developers, QA, customer support and product teams to ensure release readiness and quality

  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and assist with root cause analysis

  • Build runbooks and documentation for internal teams and end users

  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements during deployments

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes leveraging automation to ensure efficiency and reliability

  • Evaluate and implement new relevant technologies and tools

  • Mentor junior engineers

  • Assist and contribute to intra/inter team planning

    This is a remote position.

    We currently have a senior position available in our DevOps and Release Engineering team, This role is integral to our strategic initiatives and involves leading the combined efforts of DevOps and Release Engineering to streamline our development processes, enhance deployment efficiency, and ensure the highest quality of our product releases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, implementation, and enhancements of CI/CD processes. Building and releasing Private Cloud Appliance and Oracle Linux packages and images. Setup and maintenance of build nodes in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Maintenance of source code and pipelines used for building RPM packages, Docker images, HELM charts, and other artefacts. Requirements Linux administration in a development environment. Advanced shell scripting. Expertise with git. Working experience with maintaining and building RPM packages. Reliability, multi-tasking and organisational skills.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (e.g. BitBucket, GitLab, Jenkins). Virtualisation, VM technologies, Containers and Kubernetes.
