We are seeking an experienced Technical Incident Manager to join our team in the mortgage industry. Senior Release Engineer
As a Senior Release Engineer within Arctic Wolf, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing and executing our Endpoint software release cycles - from planning and coordination to deployment and support - ensuring every deployment is smooth and minimally disruptive. About the role
You’ll be working as an Senior Release Engineer on our team responsible for executing, monitoring and validating Arctic Wolf’s endpoint software deployments.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Plan, coordinate and execute software releases across customer environments and geographies
Develop and maintain automated release deployment and rollback strategies
Collaborate with software developers, QA, customer support and product teams to ensure release readiness and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues and assist with root cause analysis
Build runbooks and documentation for internal teams and end users
