About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Python/GitLab CI/CD Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Technical Execution & Delivery
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the program's release strategy.
- Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth ensuring timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
- Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management.
- Plan and work with external teams in order to maintain infrastructure on regular basis.
- Work on delivery plan based on individual project's release cadence, following change management process as per Mastercard's governance policy.
Mentor & Guide the Team
- Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure.
- Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature.
