About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Lab Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of laboratory activities, including conducting tests, documenting results, and maintaining equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and validity of our data, as well as providing administrative support to the lab team. A strong focus on safety, adherence to procedures, and effective documentation is essential.

• Perform laboratory tests according to standard operating procedures (SOP ) to provide reliable data.
• Document all activities, record results, and interpret findings.
• Document the movement of calibration equipment and generate Service Request Forms (SRF ) and job cards.
• Oversee calibration activities both in-house and on-site.
• Adhere to all correct procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines .
• Maintain the work area and equipment to the highest standards.
• Provide administrative assistance or support as required.

• ITI or any relevant technical course.
• Proven experience working as a Lab Assistant in a laboratory environment.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and experience with Laboratory Information Systems .
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately and reliably.
