# Job Summary:
At Bechtel, we are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a minimum experience of 5 years in IT Service Management using ServiceNow.
+ Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting.
+ Experience with Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policy, Events, Notifications, View, Reports, etc.
+ Hands-on experience with designing and modifying ServiceNow forms, workflows, flow designer, scripts, transform maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, scheduled jobs, and other administrative tasks within ServiceNow.
+ Design, code, test, and deliver software using firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
+ Expertise with Third-party integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems. Experience working in a complex ServiceNow environment with integrations such as LDAP, Active Directory, SSO and Service Graph Connector integration.
+ Execute both minor and major enhancement requests to a client's ServiceNow instance(s), which may involve alterations to the user interface, system properties, foundational content, JavaScript, and adjustments to existing workflows.
+ Facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow ITSM, such as DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Management.
+ Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administrative/maintenance activities.
+ Build and manage knowledge articles for various audiences in the system.
+ Follow and enhance the scrum practices for continuous improvement in team processes.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
+ Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management and HR Service Delivery applications.
