**Education & Experience** :
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, or BS degree with **5+ years** in Supplier Quality, or Associate degree with **10+ years** in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.

Position: Supplier Quality Lead / Associate Manager
The Supplier Quality Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all external suppliers, contract manufacturers (CMOs), and service providers meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires in-depth expertise in ISO 15378 (Primary Packaging Materials for Medicinal Products), ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and the EU MDR. - Drive reduction of Non-conformance for Sand casting
- Provide leadership and is the key communicator for Collaborative Product and Process Development.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Capable of Interpreting:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing for ISO9001/PED internal/external (supplier) audits with ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Comprehensive foundry knowledge in part development, Methoding and expertise in casting inspection.
- Involvement in supplier audits, including comprehensive assessments of a foundry's capabilities, processes, and adherence to industry standards and regulations to ensure product quality and safety.
- Technical proficiency in ASTM/EN/IS standards for metallic materials, including MTR review and acceptance.
- Ability to guide suppliers in machining castings to meet specified requirements.
- NDT Level II certification in VT, PT, MT, and UT is preferred, along with the capability to read and evaluate reports for review and acceptance.
- Proficiency in handling conventional instruments, gauges, and understanding applicable standards and usage.
- Knowledge of metrology and experience with conventional instruments, gauges, and CMM is preferred.
- Expertise in coating/painting inspection processes, including wet and dry film thickness measurement, adhesion testing, and holiday testing is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with a strong understanding of GD&T.
- Extensive involvement in supplier audits, ensuring thorough assessments of a foundry's capabilities, processes, and compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain product quality and safety.
 
Relevant Experience
- Experience in Valve components Castings development and problem solving at foundry
- Experience in Supplier audit.
- Certification in NDE methods, PT, MT, UT and RT, certified as Level 2, preferable.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015, PED, ISO17025, ASTM, API, standards.
- Working knowledge with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other soft documentation systems.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems beneficial

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to support cGMP compliance within procurement operations. In this role, you will assist with key compliance activities such as investigating deviations, supporting CAPAs, coordinating supplier audits, handling change controls, and chipping in to the development and implementation of the Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR) process.
**A typical day might include the following:**
+ Ensures successful audit closures by proactively addressing issues and maintaining clear communication with suppliers to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
+ Is responsible for the management of SCARs, including follow-ups with suppliers and internal team members, and ensures timely reporting and closure of all actions.
+ Partners closely with team members to facilitate discussions on Quality and Compliance, while aligning category priorities with Procurement management and interpersonal goals.
+ Implements strategies to improve process efficiency and drive value across end-to-end procurement operations.
+ Applies in-depth knowledge of global procurement processes and practices within the biopharmaceutical industry to support the growth of the Global Procurement organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
+ Chips in to quality and compliance initiatives to maintain adherence to GxP standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.
+ Demonstrates data insights to guide decisions and deliver successful quality and compliance outcomes.

+ Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in a cGMP environment, focusing on quality, compliance, and/or procurement, with specific experience in the Pharma/BioPharma sector.
+ Proven record in supporting global quality or category teams, processes, and suppliers across diverse categories.
+ Builds strong relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve impactful results for Regeneron.
+ Demonstrates success in supporting cross-functional teams to deliver results in areas such as SCARs, ASLs, CAPAs, Change Notifications, and other Quality and Compliance processes.
+ Provides valuable insights and expertise in handling Quality and Compliance processes successfully.
