Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Noida. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with the R&D team to ensure product quality and safety.

• Lead and manage the Quality Control function, ensuring all materials, components, and final products meet aerospace and defense quality standards

• Oversee inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process items, and final products using advanced tools and techniques
• Manage and mentor QC engineers, inspectors, and technicians, ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and training requirements

• Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment (CMM, NDT tools, etc.)
• Support first article inspection (FAI), product release, and configuration control per aerospace/defense contract requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 10 to 14 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing industries
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 , NADCAP , ISO 9001 , and defense product specifications
• Hands-on experience with quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC, MSA, RCA, CAPA, etc.
• Familiarity with military/defense documentation protocols (e.g., DDPs, QAPs, ATPs, etc.)
• Proficiency in using QC instruments such as CMM, profile projectors, hardness testers, NDT tools, and GD&T

To implement PAPL standards and ensure product quality and product safety across the value chain.

Principal Accountabilities:
