POSITION SUMMARY
Owens & Minor is looking for a SAP Security Analyst to work with business teams to maintain and improve existing security controls as appropriate. This individual will ensure SAP security configuration is compliant with industry standards and maintain roles and end user permissions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
+ Provide end-to-end support to business and IT users on security authorization issues
+ Execute programs and initiatives focusing on SAP Security, SAP GRC and audit readiness of SAP environments

**HICX Supplier Portal Administration**
+ Provide administration for the HICX Supplier Portal including configuration, workflow management, form design, and task management
+ Interface with the Solution Process Expert for solution design and incorporating value-add features and functionality to improve end-user and supplier experience
+ Provide expertise on HICX configuration and lead administration partners to deliver ad-hoc and project-related configuration changes, as well as execution of platform upgrades
+ Design and create portal forms, workflows, and supplier communication templates in partnership with the Supplier Tower organization
+ Execute cutovers for portal-related projects, working alongside administration partners
+ Serve as the single point of contact for HICX support, attending regular calls with HICX and raising and tracking progress on support tickets
+ Manage the HICX non-production environments to meet project requirements, align refresh requests with HICX and ensuring systems are restored and ready to use
**Reporting & Analytics**
+ Responsible for end-to-end reporting in HICX - generating both standard and customized reports for the consumption of the operations team and the business

**System Interfaces & Integration Testing**
