- Develop high throughput and high-volume transaction APIs that can be consumed by omni channel platforms.
- Enhance API solutions to offer simple, easy to consume APIs for payment customers.
- Develop roadmap and strategies to provide Client Libraries and SDKs for API products.
- Lead Engineering pods in Commerce Hub with a focused delivery.
- Manage People and elevate team performance
What you will need to have:
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Java, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, Spring framework (Core, MVC, AOP, Java NIO)-Minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot, Reactive programming
- Agile methodology experience
- Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional and Spring Batch desired.
- Experience with Databases and code integrations such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
- Expertise in implementing complex full stack solutions including digital and mobile systems, API, and Micro-Services in large Enterprise organizations.
- Experience in AWS
- People management experience. Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage delivery of your Pod
- Experience with talent management, mentoring and hiring.

We are looking to hire an experienced professional to lead and expand our Managed IT services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategies and deliver Managed IT solutions to both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have cultural understanding of the U.S. market and a proven track record of successfully managing IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the existing IT team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Managed IT services for our clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Oversee remote delivery of IT services from India to clients in the U.S. and other regions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in delivering Managed IT services to international clients, especially in the U.S or Other Countries
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to formulate IT strategies, Policies and Guidelines and implement them effectively.
- Experience in handling remote teams and cross-cultural environments.
- Knowledge of IT compliance, security, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
