You’ll be the most senior IC designer driving these initiatives—leading complex system design, shaping experimentation strategies, and unlocking compounding user value across Descrial. Ensuring exceptional design craft within the organization by working closely with talented teams of Product Designers, Product Managers, Product Engineers, and Service Delivery, maintaining high standards of design excellence and precision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead our strategic design competency for the lifecycle of Product interaction – activation, retention and renewal.
• Proactively identify and define high-level opportunities across the product portfolio, that have the potential to transform the user experience and business outcomes.
• Bring clarity, insight, and strategic focus to these challenges. Develop Users Journeys, approach backed by research and customer behavior
• Take ownership of strategic, design-led projects, driving them from concept to delivery
