We are looking for a Manager – Design Lead (UI/UX) to build and guide our in-house product design capability within the Digital CX function. This role will own customer-facing UI/UX across digital platforms, including customer portal, website, acquisition journeys, chatbot, and service tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product design, UX strategy, and interface design, with the ability to mentor a growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Own UI/UX strategy and delivery for customer-facing digital assets.
