Job Description: Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services Sales

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive – UI/UX Design Services Sales to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our design and product solutions vertical. The role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will be responsible for creating high-impact sales pitches, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and drive new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
• Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets .
• Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies .
• Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
• Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Manager – Design Lead (UI/UX) to build and guide our in-house product design capability within the Digital CX function. This role will own customer-facing UI/UX across digital platforms, including customer portal, website, acquisition journeys, chatbot, and service tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product design, UX strategy, and interface design, with the ability to mentor a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own UI/UX strategy and delivery for customer-facing digital assets.
• Translate business and CX insights into intuitive, customer-first product designs.
• Mentor and manage the design team members.
• Build and enforce design systems and reusable component libraries for digital products.
• Partner with product managers, tech, and marketing to deliver end-to-end customer journeys.
• Collaborate with the Brand design team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
• Lead usability testing and iteration to improve adoption and reduce drop-offs.

Qualification & experience

• 5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design and product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showing digital product UI/UX work (web, app, portal).
• Hands-on with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centred design, design thinking, usability principles.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and guide design talent.
• Experience in BFSI / fintech products is a strong plus.
