In this role, you will be part of Post Sales Design Support as a Delivery Manager managing the design engineers of the region, who deliver post sales design on IBMS & Gas Based Suppression system including Fire detection system.
How you will do it
· Review Technical specification of the projects to understand the project requirements.
· Preparation of technical submittal & Shop drawing for customer approval and execution.
· Preparation of schematics, P&ID, isometrics layout Knowledge in preparing hydraulic calculation, SOP, DDC schedule e.tc.
· Ensure execution of the projects with zero customer complaints
· Technical competency of all kinds of firefighting system like
o Fire alarm & Public Address System
o Security systems like CCTV, ACS & Physical security, Intruder alarm system.
o BMS for GA & Shop drawings.
o Gaseous system (FM-200, CO2 & Inert gas)
· Co-ordination with the Architects, Clients and Contractors at various stages of the project
· Demonstrate adherence to operational process requirements to drive efficiency

**What You'll Do -**
The following list of activities describes the common tasks that make up the Scope of Work for the Desktop support. During any given time, there may be frequent activities and less frequent activities. TTEC is a dynamic environment and thus cannot determine the mix of activities, but TTEC team will work with the vendor to ensure that we make best use of the resources supplied whilst ensuring a manageable workload balance
You'll report to Manager.
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
▪ Image and Configure Windows desktops, notebooks, printers, applications, and PC peripherals
▪ Perform end-end Windows 10 user migration including user profiles, software inventory, apps testing, software packaging, etc.
▪ Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software, and application problems relating to desktops, notebooks, printers, and PC.
▪ Perform desktop patch update according to TTEC standard processes
▪ When required, assist with Site migration activities - dismantle, pack, move equipment from the old TTEC site to the new site - unpack, setup the equipment.
▪ Maintain IT asset inventory - including deployed, stock-on-hand for Hardware and Peripherals
▪ Provide end user support for hardware, software, tools/applications, etc., in all modes - on-site, over the phone and/or remote management
▪ Work with the Logistics and Operations team for shipping desktop/equipment to the users and for return of equipment
▪ Prepare and maintain documentation as required by the TTEC IT management
**What You Bring to the Role**
▪ Good communication skills, ability to efficiently coordinate and troubleshoot IT issues with
remote IT teams/Client IT teams. Can converse in English over calls and emails.
▪ Active Directory third level support experience required
▪ Degree or other relevant technical qualification
▪ Around 2-3 years of experience in Desktop support
▪ Able to Install & deploy Windows11/Auto pilot for laptops, workstations, and desktops
▪ Experience with standard desktop imaging and packaging
▪ Strong in email communication and tech support skills
▪ Ability to work under pressure during project execution phase
▪ Hands-on experience on Win11, Active Directory, Microsoft applications, VPN technologies, etc.

**Responsibilities:**
+ **Data Profiling and Collection:** Identify and compile equity & debt round of funding deals across alternate asset classes from multiple sources, including annual & quarterly filings, stock exchange reports, press releases, and company websites.
+ **Comparative Analysis:** Analyse and compare annual & quarterly filings to extract data, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency in the extraction process.
+ **Market Research:** Investigate market trends, regulatory shifts, and economic factors impacting the equity & debt markets for rounds of funding across alternate asset classes.

+ **Process and Data Gap Analysis:** Proactively detect gaps in processes, guidelines, and data collection methods. Offer innovative solutions and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance data accuracy and product offerings.
+ **Governance Model Development:** Design and implement governance frameworks for workflows, utilizing SQL and Excel-based reports to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ MBA, MCOM in Finance, or an equivalent degree with a strong academic background.
+ 3-5 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years focused on alternative asset classes (e.g., Corporate Bonds, Promissory Notes).
+ Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and think resourcefully.
+ In-depth understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and valuation methodologies, along with comprehensive knowledge of loans, credit spreads, and reference rates.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, and familiarity with S&P products such as Capital IQ Pro, Capital IQ, and Excel plug-ins.
+ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

**b** . Customer Call average as per the customer management plan of the division / therapy.
**c.** Market intelligence collection, retailer level inventory management calls as per the product profile and marketing strategy of the therapy / division.
**Brand Management:**
- Ensuring the visibility of Abbott brands on retailers outlet as a part of brand promotion strategy
- To plan and attend Retail meets, Market Blitz etc for sales growth
