**Digital Design Lead**
We are seeking a Lead Digital Designer to work alongside the design, development and product teams to deliver delightful user experiences that drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products (web, mobile and email), ensuring they align with our brand guidelines. You will drive innovation and excellence in design practices while collaborating closely with product managers, marketers and developers to create user-centered solutions.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement design strategies that enhance user experience across digital platforms (web, mobile and email), ensuring consistency and quality.
+ Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from ideation, user research, testing, customer journey mapping to prototyping and final delivery of digital products. Leverage existing data and customer trends to inform UX recommendations
+ Proactively make strategic recommendations that will advance our experiences. Evaluate and identify UX improvements within existing products/platforms and provide design solutions. **Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of experience in producing UX Design work and presenting design solutions based on business strategy and user needs
+ 5+ years of working knowledge of UX tools such as, Sketch, Figma, Adobe and UserZoom
+ 4+ years of experience in ecommerce digital products design (website, mobile app, email)
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading and delivering comprehensive and elegant end-to-end solutions within a complex business environment, similar to, if not within, the healthcare or insurance services industry
+ Ability to clearly articulate goals and UX decisions and know how to use data and research to back up your work.
+ Ability to interpret, translate, and extend existing brand guidelines in the context of developing creative assets.
+ Experience working in ad agency or corporate environment and highly knowledgeable about new and emerging digital technologies and trends
+ Experience in user testing and prototyping
+ Strengths: User-centered design, UI design, and visual design, communication

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the SEO/SMM teams through a variety of projects, (digital, web, and others as assigned). **Key Responsibilities:**
-Define and develop **microarchitecture** for various subsystems, including CPU subsystems, low-power subsystems, and Reset & Clock Management modules.
-Drive **SoC integration** for motor control MCUs, ensuring efficient, scalable designs.

+ Familiar with design of IPs and peripherals used in Generic MCU type of devices - DMA, Timers, Serial interfaces like SPI, UART, I2C etc.
+ Expertise in industry-standard front-end tools and flows such as Lint, CDC, LEC and power estimation tools - Jasper Gold, Litmus, Conformal, Joules etc.

**Minimum requirements:**
+ Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Digital IP Sub-system/SOC DV with a Bachelor or Master's degree in EE/ECE/CS or related specializations
