    - Collates data and performs regression and other statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
    - Analyse business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper system requirement specifications.
    - Work closely with the Tools team to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    - Work with Senior Managers, Design & Delivery team to prioritize business and information needs.
    - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

    **SKILLS REQUIRED**
    - 5+ years of proven working experience as a Business Analyst.
    - Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom markets.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
    - A good understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment.
    - Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R) is an added advantage.
    - Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
    - Proficient in using Jira for Issue Tracking & Agile Development.
    - Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how.
