Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product owners to identify new opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable business and functional and Non-functional requirements. You'll play a key role in delivering successful projects by ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Role
A Business Analyst responsible for partnering with Product owners to identify new opportunities, define business and functional requirements, and deliver high-quality documentation to the development teams throughout the project life cycle.
The role includes providing subject matter expertise, leadership to the analyst team, and quality assurance to ensure successful design, development, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
Create AHA stories on behalf of product and handover to Engineering and push through required CR's
Ensure readiness for PI planning session and ensuring analysis documentation is accurate and delivered prior to deadlines
Ensure accelerate solution delivery by aligning business requirements with quality standards across the application lifecycle
Improve quality of requirements
Responsibilities
Partner with Product Managers to define and document business needs and system enhancements to add Value
Document requirements in AHA and handover to engineering
Lead or coordinate complex analysis aspects of projects from requirements gathering through implementation
Collaborate with developers, testers, and other analysts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Support QA & testing, issue resolution and change management
Ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Provide mentorship and quality assurance across the business analyst team
About You
3-4 years of business analysis and project experience
Knowledge of Fraud with experience developing requirements and collating metrics for reporting
Able to function in a highly matrix environment
Strong communication, analytical and Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and to work, under pressure, with different teams and across different countries / cultures.
Proficient in AHA, Jira, Microsoft Office and Word and Excel
A builder of bridges who can identify a route to a solution across a complex environment
Bachelor's degree required
A 'can-do' and 'will-do' attitude
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to clearly explain complex topics, including drafting technical documents tailored to diverse audience

As a Fraud Strategy Associate in Corporate Investment Banking you will support the Global Payments Fraud Operations program Strategy team, working in partnership with Operations, Technology and Product to continually identify abnormal transaction behavior and implement technology/process/policy enhancements to protect the firm and client interests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee deliverables for the Reporting and Analytics team
- Complete Ad-Hoc reporting Daily, weekly, monthly
- Document and package status updates and proposals to senior management
- Perform data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, and problem solving

**What you'll do:**
The Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT function, leveraging business analysis tools and techniques used to understand the structure, policies and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
The Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis planning; requirements elicitation; requirements management and communication; requirements analysis and validation for medium and large projects; estimation of BA work and meeting estimates; testing scenarios and script development; and guiding customers through user acceptance testing. A. Business Analysis Planning: Assist in planning the business analysis approach, deliverables, and planning estimates for medium projects (runners, minor and major repeaters)
B. Requirements Elicitation: Conduct requirements gathering activities (brainstorming, focus groups, interviews, observation, prototyping, workshops), with guidance as needed, and document the results requirements for small or runner projects.
C.Requirements Management & Communication: Assist in ensuring that requirements meet the business objectives and solution design; and ensure requirements are communicated and presented in a format that are understandable to stakeholders, including solutions designers and developers.
D.Requirements Analysis: Assist in analyzing, prioritizing and organizing requirements to ensure efforts focus on the most critical needs, and model requirements to demonstrate process and/or solution function.
E. Validation: Coordinate the approach and development of use cases and test scenarios with the customer to ensure user acceptance testing is complete and validates that project requirements have been achieved.
Functional Support: Apply application experience to provide end user training and direct application testing for the solutions being deployed
Design Support: Work with system and solution architecture to confirm solutions that meet customer requirements. Define those proposed solutions into functional design proposals for development and end-user review."
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
9 plus years IT or relevant work experience in engineering domain.
**Skills:**
Must Have:
- Working knowledge of foundational engineering process including New Product Development (NPD/NPI) and Change Management,
- Familiarity with core engineering digital design applications including MCAD, ECAD, and design simulation
Preferred candidates should have experience with the following applicaiton domains:
- DevOps tools (e.g. Jira)
- PPM tools (e.g. Clarity ProPM)
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. Dassault Enovia and/or 3DExperience)
- Working knowledge of Export Control data management practices and requirements
- Engineering Requirements Management (e.g. Doors, JAMA)
