**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Analysis:** Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to

2. **Dashboard and Report Development:** Design and develop interactive dashboards,
reports, and visualizations in Power BI & ServiceNow to present data in a clear and concise manner.
3. **ServiceNow Analytics:** Utilize ServiceNow Reporting and Performance analytics to monitor KPIs and business performance.
4. **Data Modeling:** Create data models and relationships within Power BI to ensure
accurate representation of data and enable efficient analysis.
5. **Requirement Gathering:** Collaborate and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and visualizations.
6. **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to
track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. **Data Governance:** Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing
appropriate data governance practices and protocols.
**8. Training and Support:** Provide training and support to end-users on how to use developed resources effectively and help interpret the generated reports and dashboards.
**9. Stay Updated:** Be up to date with the latest advancements in Power BI and data analytics to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
**Skills and qualifications**
**Technical Skills:**
+ Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, macros).
+ Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and dashboard creation.
+ Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
+ Good understanding of the data modelling data structures and visualization best practices.
+ SQL knowledge is a plus.

+ Ability to clearly communicate data insights and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong Collaboration skills for working with Cross Functional Teams.
