# Project Overview:
Bechtel is seeking to expand its decades long relationship with Reliance by providing Project Management Consultant (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for offsites and utilities (OSBL) for a multi-billion-dollar upgrade / expansion of existing petrochemical facilities in India. Reliance plans to augment its existing petrochemical facilities in Dahej, Gujarat, and Nagothane, Maharashtra, to expand its PVC capacity. The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. The positions on the project will start as assignment in Navi Mumbai, Dahej or Nagothane.
# Job Summary:
The Information Data Analyst role is part of the Project Information Management Team and with engineering and related disciplines to design algorithms to evaluate the Quality, Completeness, and Consistency of project data in accordance with requirements of internal project functions and client handover. The analyst will help with monitoring and reporting progress, investigating and helping in resolving data quality issues.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Execute and maintain workflows to produce Client Handover Data templates
+ Help implement an Integrated Data Environment (IDE) with data security to meet confidentiality requirement of the Project
+ Maintains database and ETL data from Engineer design tools, procurement systems, construction as well as data templates from EPCMs and Vendors
+ Perform data analysis on Engineering data for consistency and completeness. Develop data management Key Point Indicator (KPI) reports
+ Extracts data from authoring SmartPlant Engineering applications for Data Management reporting

# Education and Experience Requirements:

What You’ll Do:
- Dive deep into business data across Shopify, marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra), and Meta, uncovering trends and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain automated dashboards to track sales, campaign performance, product performance, inventory health, and customer behavior
- Analyze and report on key eCommerce KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, return rate, repeat rate, and more
- Deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making across marketing, product, and operations teams
- Create SKU-level performance and inventory reports to inform pricing, discounting, and planning strategies
- Gather and document business data requirements, ensuring scalable analytics solutions across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Tech, Ops) to align data insights with business needs
- Support in refining user journeys and retention efforts through data-backed customer analysis
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in data or business analytics at a D2C/e-commerce brand (apparel experience is a big plus)
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience building dashboards on Looker Studio / Power BI
- Ability to clean, structure, and visualize data to uncover insights
- Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and metrics — you don’t just track numbers, you tell a story
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data automation tools
