Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for turning warm AutoGrow leads into paying customers by understanding their needs, building trust, and offering solutions from our service portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Connect with inbound and pre-qualified leads provided by AutoGrow.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Nurture relationships to build trust and close deals.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in our CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of sales or lead conversion experience (marketing or SaaS experience is a plus).
