+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
+ Flexible to work in off-shifts and weekends when required, showing adaptability and commitment to business needs.

We are looking for a detail-focused NIGHT Dispatch Executive to manage daily operations which includes dispatch planning, publication handling, vendor coordination, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate dispatch slips, applying necessary changes, and prepare all publication-wise pre-dispatch material.
- Ensure timely and error-free night dispatches across locations.
- Supervise and coordinate jobs related activities like separations, counting, packaging, loading / unloading, and delivery of publications.
- Oversee innovations like online sticking / insertions for publications, including counting, bundling, packing, and transportation.
- Conduct random counts of standard bundles / parcels to handle shortage complaints
- Perform cross-checks of vehicle documentation for audit purpose.
- Random visit drop points to verify exact delivery schedules, vendor / depot holder availability, vehicle routes, and distances (KM tracking).
- Handle operational complaints and queries raised by concerned departments.
- Count and report unsold copies for the Mumbai market during scrap collection process.
