• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound & Outbound Operations:

• Receive and scan incoming shipments from upstream hubs or vendors.
• Sort and segregate packages based on delivery routes or zones.
• Coordinate with delivery associates and ensure timely dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Load/unload delivery vans and third-party logistics (3PL) vehicles accurately and safely.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Update inventory systems with received, stored, and dispatched goods.
• Track and report discrepancies or damaged items promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Reconciliation:

• Assist in the collection, counting, and safe handover of COD payments.
• Reconcile daily COD amounts with delivery and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for audit purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (last-mile preferred).
• Basic computer or handheld scanner skills for inventory and shipment tracking.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
• Trustworthy and reliable, especially with handling cash transactions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should speak Kannada.

Two wheeler Mandatory with valid driving license.

Majorly responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse including receiving, dispatching, transfer & returns and overall maintaining & functioning of warehouse

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

   Responsible for working with the warehouse manager for daily activities of the warehouse, which including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory management and dispatch scheduling.

   Responsible for ensuring timely deliveries to customers of goods in proper condition.

   Act as a warehouse manager in his absence.

   Responsible for tele calling regular customers for orders.

   Responsible for forecasting demand and placing order for materials with master warehouse or vendor.

   Responsible for control and management of inventories, safety of men & goods in warehouse, hygiene, housekeeping of warehouse

   Making Invoices & data entry of purchase invoices, petty cash etc.

   Making Reports on daily basis.

   Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.

   Training of new employees and ensure that current employees are receiving ongoing training.

   Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issue quickly
