Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with more than 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Required Skills

Strong Experience in OOPs programming concepts.

Experience in end-to-end web development (Any technology – Single page application is preferred).

 Good Experience in client-side JavaScript, ReactJs, and Node Js.

Experience using tools like Git or any similar version control.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Familiar with REST API (SOAP vs REST API.get, put, post, etc. OAuth).

Experience in SQL and Database Management.

Understanding of Docker platform, ELK Stack, SonarQube, Jenkins, and Selenium.

Customer-facing experience and requirement gathering knowledge is a must.

Good to have experience in SPM knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain extensions to the Front Arena platform using AEL (Arena Extension Language), Python, and C#.
• Customize trading workflows, pricing models, and risk analytics.
• Integrate Front Arena with internal and external systems (e.g., market data feeds, order management systems).
• Support day-to-day operations and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with traders, risk managers, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal development standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with FIS Front Arena (formerly SunGard).
• Strong programming skills in Python and AEL; C# is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
• Experience with trade lifecycle management and risk analytics.
• Familiarity with SQL and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, front-office environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. 

Requirements and skills:

   - 5+ years of experience in frontend development

   - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript to create dynamic, user friendly interfaces

   - Experience with modern front-end frameworks. Experience with Vue or React but preferably Vue

   - Good to have experience in PHP and Node.js

   - Proficiency in version control systems such as Git

-Experience with Cloud platforms(AWS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
