- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial design or product development engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, Fusion 360).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, CNC machining, and 3D printing.
- Knowledge of materials science and their properties.
- Excellent sketching, visualization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
