· Proficient knowledge of Windows applications and operating systems.
· Intermediate networking and PC knowledge.
· Intermediate knowledge of server hardware, peripherals, and management systems.
· Intermediate knowledge of networking devices, including switches and routers.
· Working knowledge of network, systems, and IT infrastructure management systems.
