Location: Chennai


· 2-5 years of experience in a network operation center / technical support environment.

· Experience troubleshooting routersswitches.

· Experience working with ISP vendors.


Computer / Technical Skills:


· Proficient knowledge of Windows applications and operating systems.

· Intermediate networking and PC knowledge.

· Intermediate knowledge of server hardware, peripherals, and management systems.

· Intermediate knowledge of networking devices, including switches and routers.

· Working knowledge of network, systems, and IT infrastructure management systems.

· Experience with monitoring tools.

· Experience with CRM platforms.
