**Role Overview:**
As a UX Designer, you'll work closely with international teams of designers, developers, and stakeholders to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs. **Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years of proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
+ Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including plugins, widgets, and the latest features (hands-on design and prototyping tasks will be part of the interview process).
+ Experience in rapid prototyping with real data.
+ Strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
+ Must have experience conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into the design process.
+ Excellent communication skills and experience working with product, design and development teams.
