Project Planning
- As part of engineering planning, will need to define, design and accordingly plan the layout preparations.
- Suit the planned requirements within the structural design/ drawings by providing 3 options to the management.
- Based on the finalized plan, we will need to create material planning that includes machines, equipment etc.
- Consider utilizing existing/ additional usable resources in hand.
- Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare approximate budget taking into consideration all the specifics discussed and decided during project planning phase.
- Evaluate cost for optimum utilization of budget by comparing minimum 3 vendors/ brands.
- Negotiating for discounts, extended warranty, or free installation/training.
- Recommend the best vendor/ brand based on quality & service criteria to the management to seek their approval.
- Various methods of cost saving by calculative resource utilization that include existing resources also
- Monitoring the Expenditures and seeking cost saving opportunities without compromising productivity and quality.
Documentation & Procurement
- Prepare project schedule covering interim & intermediate closure targets to ensure final project completion on the said date.
- Performing cost-benefit analysis (ROI, payback period) before purchase.
- Ensure to release PO on timely manner and do necessary follow ups until receipt of materials.
- Check quality & quantity of received materials and decide to accept/ reject the goods.
- Take steps for installation & commissioning within committed date.
- Ensure work execution is completed on agreed time and verification of BOQ & measurements.
- Compare approved vs actual budget and justify with supporting reasons for deviations.

- Approving the procurement of Spare parts and service Costs.

- Every Month, to ensure to have the Stock Maintenance requirements are arrived at and maintained for various machinery across all the Divisions.
- Obtain a Monthly budget approval from MD for all the stock levels and cost.
- Every month, to ensure to receive and verify the Stock Report from the respective Storekeepers.
- On receipt of request approved by the respective FM, to review and approve them for purchase.
- Unforeseen requirements for new purchase, for each purchase check for best of the vendors on various parameters and proceed with the best.
- To ensure to review every month Scrap along with the respective FM and approve the same.
- Machineries too checked specifically and if found acceptable to be treated as Life end or Scarp, coordinate with the Management approved Scarp or Machine Dealer and dispose or Resale of it.
