**Experience**:*7 years
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry. If you have a background in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), QMS (Quality Management System), QA (Quality Assurance), SOP documentation, QMS documentation, coordination, and quality management, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:*
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) to uphold product quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and quality enhancement.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to SOPs and QMS standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on SOP and QMS documentation.
- Facilitate coordination between different departments to streamline operations.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
- Support the quality management system to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in SOP, QMS, QA, SOP documentation, QMS documentation, and quality management.
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
