As a Real Estate Development Manager with Amazon Web Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help build the future of the Amazon Web Services. As the contract owner, you will interface with property developers and partners on technical, commercial and delivery obligations ensuring adherence to contract commitments. The role will be the single point of escalation for multiple internal stakeholders, technical teams, legal, and finance to resolve conflicts and set expectations. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. A successful candidate will have the aptitude to strategically plan, make decisions, act tactically, write effectively, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. As this position involves direct contact with senior AWS leaders you must have a professional demeanor, strong business acumen, and be able to communicate ideas in a clear and articulate manner. Additionally this role requires a working knowledge of Indian developer and construction market as well as a solid understanding of local permitting and development approvals required to make land shovel ready,The role is to be based in Mumbai and will require 20~30% business travel to support regional expansion activities, training, and team off-sites.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive solutions during feasibility and due diligence including conceptual budgeting, scheduling and financial analysis.
• Partner with Business Development leads on developer and partner engagements, negotiations and deal closing.
• Establish development risks and remedies. Document solutions for legal and business approval.
• Develop suitable procurement strategies aligned to development requirements.
• Provide proper judgement with issues raised during development and work with internal and external partners to formulate appropriate plans to mitigate risk and close issues.
• Serve as the key interface with development partners or land owners from contract execution to building handover.
• Engage with internal teams including Legal, Design Engineering and Construction Management and external Developer teams to incorporate project requirements into contract agreements
• Manage regular and escalation engagements with developers to communicate the company’s expectations and oversee the timely completion of milestones set forth in each development contract.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of total work experience in the construction, datacenter, or real estate industries
- 10+ years working with General contractor sourcing, including vendor selection, negotiations, contracting and supplier performance management
- Working knowledge of Indian developer and construction market as well as a solid understanding of local permitting and development approvals required to make land "shovel ready"

**Required Qualifications:**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - ITSM, IT Operations & Risk Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for IT Service Management, Operations, and Audit/Risk functions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise in ITSM processes, data analytics, platform governance, and compliance.
You will lead both the IT Tech Ops and IT ARM teams, driving operational excellence, audit readiness, and risk mitigation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ITSM, data analysis, CMDB governance, and IT risk management, along with proven people management skills.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Leadership & People Management
+ Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across IT Tech Ops and IT ARM functions
+ Drive team performance, career development, and engagement through coaching and goal alignment
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
+ ITSM & Operations
+ Oversee ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability Management
+ Track and report on key metrics: MTTR, MTTD, ADTM, VBFs, DR/PLM compliance, and peak season readiness
+ Analyze incident and change data to identify trends and drive service improvements
+ Collaborate with LOB leads to reduce incident recurrence using data-driven insights
+ Audit, Risk & Compliance
+ Lead IT audit readiness efforts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations
+ Manage risk assessments, entitlement reviews, and compliance tracking
+ Provide timely and accurate reporting on security vulnerabilities, risk posture, and audit findings
+ Partner with InfoSec and Risk teams to close gaps and implement controls
+ Platform Integration & CMDB Governance
+ Design and implement CMDB strategies, ensuring data accuracy and governance
+ Conduct CMDB audits, run health campaigns, and produce actionable metrics
+ Drive platform integration initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
+ Data Analysis & Reporting
+ Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Provide executive-level insights and recommendations based on operational data
+ Leverage automation and scripting (Python preferred) to streamline reporting and monitoring
+ Tools & Technologies
+ Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace for monitoring and reporting
+ Apply AI/ML concepts and automation to enhance operational efficiency

+ Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
+ Entitlement reviews and access governance
+ Risk register maintenance and mitigation tracking
+ Control testing and evidence collection
+ Policy compliance and audit readiness
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
+ Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
