About the Role:
Role Overview
As a Learning Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and learning consultant to enable functional capability, process proficiency, and power skill development. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to co-create and deploy impactful learning solutions aligned with operational priorities, regulatory needs, and employee growth.
The Learning Partner will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end learning cycle for the assigned business unit, from Training Needs Identification (technology, functional and domain skills) to program execution, facilitation and impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned business unit, ensuring regular communication and alignment on learning priorities; Represent the L&D function in key business and functional forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand business objectives to offer proactive solution
- Partner with leadership to ensure learning solutions align with talent development goals and business strategy.
2. Training Needs Identification (TNI):
- Conduct comprehensive TNI assessments by collaborating with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps, development needs, and future capability requirements.
- Analyze performance data, employee feedback, and business insights to determine the learning interventions required.
3. Learning Strategy, Program Design and Content Development:
- Facilitate learning strategies and solutions(Internal and External) that meet the identified needs, ranging from leadership development, functional skills, and soft skills to role-based learning.
- Curate or design learning programs that leverage blended learning methodologies, including digital, classroom, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Ensure learning programs are tailored to the unique needs of the business unit, offering personalized and relevant content.
- Design curriculum/content tailored to the assigned business vertical
- Domain-Specific Learning Programs-Develop advanced training modules on accounting principles, risk analysis, and financial regulations; Integrate real-world scenarios to enhance practical application
4. End-to-End Learning Cycle Management:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of learning interventions from start to finish.
- Manage the delivery of training programs, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborate with facilitators, trainers, and external vendors as needed.
- Ensure logistical arrangements for training sessions, such as scheduling, communications, and materials, are handled efficiently.
- Standardize learning approach and incorporate basic principles like process overviews, shadow, reverse shadow, case studies, assessments and certifications
- Facilitate programs as required
- Understand the knowledge management framework- includes SOP documentation
5. Impact Reporting & Analysis:
- Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions to generate impact reports and program ROI
- Conduct pre and post-training assessments and feedback collection to evaluate learner engagement, skill development, and overall program success.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in learning domain to enhance the effectiveness of the learning programs.
- Continuously gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to improve the design, delivery, and content of the training programs.
- Knowledge Transfers (KT) for New Transitions:
- Work closely with Transitions, Operations (offshore) and onshore teams to design end to end Knowledge transfer framework
- Create KT detailed plan (internal training, external training, SME needs during external training, shadow-reverse shadow plan with milestones for assessment and certification)
- Track, monitor and report training progress
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry standards.
7. Learning Culture & Enablement
- Promote a continuous learning culture through campaigns, study circles, learning champions, and peer-led initiatives.
- Enable digital learning adoption through platforms like LinkedIn Learning, internal LMS, etc.
Key Competencies and skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of total work experience in the construction, datacenter, or real estate industries

Overview:
The Senior Manager – Engineering and Projects is a part of Site Leadership
The incumbent provides support to Plant Manager by leading all engineering, maintenance and project activities in the plant.
The role holder has to lead a team of engineers of various disciplines in planning, organizing and controlling the projects and engineering related activities within the plant. The role holder is responsible for managing maintenance of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment’s, in house projects & manufacturing agenda for the site.
About the role!
- To plan, schedule, implement, supervise and review maintenance of manufacturing assets to ensure reliability and availability of production assets at levels over 95%.
- To innovate and drive energy initiatives at plant for energy savings and to reduce cost.
- Handling and maintaining critical equipment “fit for purpose” by complying to integrity management for plant assets,
- Implementation of engineering procedures to ensure full compliance to the BP Group Engineering standards and procedures.
- Lead and drive Lean Manufacturing projects of the plant, one of the critical initiatives of BP/Castrol.
- Formulate and acquire approval for the maintenance budget for conducting Maintenance activities,
- Review, supervise and control the annual budget expenditures to agreed budget.
- Forecast requirements and arrange for replenishment of spares to ensure adequate spares' availability, whilst keeping the inventory to an optimum level
- Train and refresh the engineering skills of engineering technicians to equip them for autonomous maintenance,

Roles & responsibilities:
- Act as BP Contract Accountable to ensure safe execution of the contracted work while applying the Working with Contractor process throughout for the contract period.
- Act as Risk Owner for risk events as assigned in the facility risk register with accountabilities including accurate documentation and assessment of the risk event, consulting with domain experts as appropriate, assign action owners to risk reduction measures, monitoring and self-verification closure with efficiency and communication of the importance to the workforce that may be affected.
- Ensure that all procedures falling under the ownership of this role are maintained and reviewed on the agreed frequency, kept up-to-date, and changes detailed and reflected in OMS ONLINE as appropriate. Communicate any changes to the procedures that may impact understanding to the affected workforce.
- Act as project manager for develop & construction projects, and in ongoing facility operation, acting project manager to ensure operation of assets within safe operating and safe develop limits, and ensuring inspection and maintenance of facility assets to meet all applicable BP Group Defined

Experience & Qualifications:
- Should be an Engineer with at least 10-12 years of experience in Manufacturing/FMCG Organization.
- At least 10-12 years’ experience in engineering and maintenance activities in plants preferable supply chain areas.
- Good knowledge of project management, planning, co-ordination, negotiations with sound commercial judgment and should be able to work well under pressure and with competing priorities.
- Basic knowledge on statutory requirements like factories act, petroleum rules, electricity acts and rules.
- Basic knowledge in electrical and instrumentation functions
- This position requires good people management skills and should be able to lead a team – along with a battery of contractors.
- Experience in communicating and interfacing with all levels of the organization and external agencies/ contacts including statutory bodies

Let me tell you about the role !
The position holder leads several global development projects in the product development team. He represents them independently towards internal and external customers. The latter takes place in coordination with Sales in the relevant region. Responsible for the timely achievement of project turning points. Development of innovative products in the associated area of thermal management fluid development. He is the technical contact for component suppliers in order to identify suitable additives and/or base oils or arrange their targeted synthesis. The evaluation of new raw material components with the aim of differentiation as well as the analysis and evaluation of relevant competitive products are among his main tasks. Maintaining workplace safety standards in compliance with HSSE regulations and local legal requirements is a priority in all tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy
Develops a product development strategy for the projects assigned to him
Develops an implementation strategy for strategic OEM customers
Establishing and maintaining a contact map with the customers of his projects through regular visits and calls
Representation of BP/Castrol with technical opinions and statements at external events (e.g. in specialist lectures) as well as participation in external working groups
Query the global listing status for new raw materials as part of the chemical inventory compliance process.
He represents the Lubricants SPU within the group and at industry meetings
Planning
Identifying customer needs and industry trends to support future planning
Maintaining development relationships with additive suppliers on a technical level
Optimization of the use of raw materials in the thermal management fluids space
Creation, processing and updating of documentation within the framework of the quality system
Planning blends and blends series to achieve the project goals
Complying with relevant HSSE and minimizing any occupational risks
The job holder reports all actual and potential rule violations in his area of responsibility regarding product quality, product safety or compliance (conformity to rules)
Arranging the testing of product safety, compliance, integrity, quality with regard to customer requirements throughout product and service development, including toxicological and regulatory reviews in the early stages
The holder of the position independently and continuously informs himself about standards, practices and requirements relating to product integrity, compliance, product and quality safety.
Implementation
Creativity and innovation for differentiated products
Building expert knowledge in the assigned product area and transferring it to applications at OEM customers
Representation of the assigned projects to external customers coordination with Sales (global)
Carrying out analytical laboratory activities if vital (very urgent, staff shortage)
Special tasks of general laboratory operations (e.g. hazardous substances register)
Interpretation and preparation of test results with timely communication to sales unit representatives
The incumbent is committed to and follows all product-related compliance, safety and quality policies and procedures
Monitoring
Management of approx. 5 development projects
Project management: achieving milestones in a timely manner within the set budget framework
Resource and budget planning for the project
Prioritization of tests in the laboratory, technical center and test benches with colleagues
Organization
Coordination of blends with the blending and analytics team
Education requirements:
• University degree in chemistry/chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive technology or, alternatively, longstanding relevant professional experience in the lubes/additives industry
• Expertise in chemistry
• Preferably several years of professional experience with lubricants formulations and their applications
•Knowledge of battery technology & data center technology

Let me tell you about the role
We are recruiting an Industrial Delivery Manager to join our Competitiveness Delivery team within Global Supply Chain (GSC) to lead the implementation of project(s) that improve the cost competitiveness of our products in the Industrial Space. These projects typically involve large-scale, transformational changes to our product & raw material portfolio.
What you will deliver
Manage and deliver a suite of projects focussed on driving cost competitiveness for the Industrial space.
Work closely with stakeholders in S upply Chain , Procurement, Marketing, Technology and Regional Teams to ensure cross functional alignment and maximise potential for project success.
Support/lead ideation activities to build a continual pipeline of opportunities for Product Cost Competitiveness activities across Business Mobility, and other spaces where relevant. This may include attending specific market visits/deep dives and leading or supporting subsequent action plans.
Help shape/design an optimised portfolio of products and raw materials to deliver long term value and efficiency
Lead day to day project management activities including management of timelines/milestones, risks, interdependencies, resources, budgets and value delivery.
Ensure tracking and assurance of value delivery from projects through agreed reporting process
Ensure standard Project Management Office (PMO) tools/processes are adhered to, including regular status reporting and ad hoc Project/Programme Assurance Reports for Team, Project Governance and Leadership.
What you will need to be successful
Education
Graduate with 12-15 years+ experience in lubricants or chemical industry, with the functional and leadership skills and capability needed to manage a large set of activities with multiple stakeholders
Experience
Understanding of formulated products & applications; technical knowledge of industrial and/or lubricant applications preferred
Data analysis experience, coupled with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to identify insights, solve problems & make decisions.
Experience developing relationships & managing customers across different teams and org levels, and able to demonstrate a collaborative approach to working.
You will work with
Business teams and customers across the S upply Chain function , Procurement, Marketing, Technology and the Regional teams.
