Job Summary / Objective
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Process Associates to provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. The role involves generating leads through outbound phone calls to US-based prospects.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via telephone.
- Follow prepared scripts to pitch company products and services.
- Provide requested information to potential clients.
- Obtain and update contact details of prospects.
- Address client queries, concerns, and suggestions promptly.
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads database.
Requirements
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in USA calling / cold calling.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets preferred.
- Good English communication skills (must) .
- Basic computer knowledge.
