**Role Description**:
**The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the following**:
- Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, vand alidation rules.
- Manage and support Salesforce integrations
- Stay current with the development and release of Salesforce’s capability roadmap and how best to use new features to solve myKaarma’s business challenges.
- Document customizations made in Salesforce.
- Handle ticket requests through a queue and be able to prioritize what you're working on to minimize escalations
- Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups and provide one-to-one training to end users on an on‐going basis.
- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and web services.
- Demonstrated track record of exercising independent judgment on small and medium-sized projects and/or leading key components of larger projects
- Passionate about the use of data and technology to achieve positive business outcomes
**Requirements**:
