About the Role :
Futurism Technology on behalf of its client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
- Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency.
- Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skill s:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., with marketing tools, ERP, or other third-party applications).
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and other admin utilities.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

The Senior Salesforce Admin will support Salesforce.com (SFDC) requests and projects for business units across the JBPCO family of companies, particularly in Sales and Service Clouds.
