- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that impact e-commerce performance, such as site speed, checkout process, and mobile optimization.
- Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to improve website functionality, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
- Project Management & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, web analytics, and software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
