About Glean:
Founded in 2019, Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean ensures employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration. The company’s cutting-edge AI technology simplifies knowledge discovery, making it faster and more efficient for teams to leverage their collective intelligence.
Glean was born from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s deep understanding of the challenges employees face in finding and understanding information at work. Seeing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and sprawling SaaS tools made it difficult to stay productive, he set out to build a better way - an AI-powered enterprise search platform that helps people quickly and intuitively access the information they need. Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.
About the Role
Glean is looking for an experienced Website Developer who can translate web designs into a high-quality build on our website using Webflow and build custom landing pages and emails in Marketo.
As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for developing, and maintaining visually stunning and highly functional websites, landing pages, and experiences using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to translate their concepts and requirements into seamless web experiences. You should possess a strong understanding of front-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for design details (e.g. even being able to suggest and build a reasonable solution in the absence of a full mockup).
You will:
- Own the glean.com marketing website from a technical perspective.
- Support development and website updates during US West (PST) timezone.
- Translate design concepts into interactive web elements and pages using Webflow's visual interface and custom code when necessary.
- Implement animations, transitions, and other interactive features to enhance user experience.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, UX and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Webflow and Marketo development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across design and marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Help troubleshoot and collaborate on website data optimizations through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to identify and fix bugs or usability issues.
- Support technical builds for Glean’s subdomains
- Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends, techniques, and technologies.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in website development, from high-level strategic direction to production details, with a strong portfolio of Webflow development projects. (WordPress or other CMS experience a plus)
- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of successfully delivered web projects.
- Expertise in Webflow to build user-facing websites and landing pages that are responsive, modular, robust, and secure.
